The company Impel Security Polska, a part of Impel Group – and one of the Polish Champions – has signed a letter of intent to purchase 100 percent of shares in Brink’s C.L. Polska, which specializes in cash services and transport of cash values. The transaction sum exceeded 2,982,000 PLN.
Impel signed the first, conditional agreement to purchase the company Brink’s at the end of 2012. In March 2013, the Department of Competition and Consumer Protection approved the acquisition after conducting an antimonopoly process instigated at the request of Impel Security Polska.
UOKiK’s positive decision allowed for the signing of a target agreement. Thanks to this acquisition, Impel Security Polska will strengthen its position on the highly specialized cash handling market.
