Hasco Business Park – this will be the name a complex of five office buildings that Hasco-Lek will build on Żmigrodzka Street in Wroclaw. With a great location, it will become the business center with the best transport links in the capital of Lower Silesia.

Pharmaceutical Production Company Hasco-Lek is one of the largest manufacturers of OTC drugs and dietary supplements in Poland. The headquarters and manufacturing facility of Hasco-Lek on Żmigrodzka Street have given rise to economic activity in this part of the city.

And it will there that Hasco group, the major player of which is the pharmaceutical group, will build a modern complex of office buildings: Hasco Business Park.

The location of the investment on the main road routes (Wrocław Motorway Bypass, the national road No. 5 and ring road) will make it the business center with the best transport links in the city.

It is here that the main thoroughfares intersect, connecting Wroclaw with Warsaw and Poznan as well as Germany and the Czech Republic. From here you can also easily and quickly reach Wroclaw airport, and travel by tram to the Market Square in less than half an hour.

The main advantage of Hasco Business Park, in addition to its great location, will be the high standard of office space available. The complex will provide easy and effective arrangements of office space, areas for individual and team work and for representation and recreation. The offices will be characterized by modern architecture that provides lots of daylight.

In the Hasco Business Park area on Żmigrodzka Street there will be a total of five buildings created. The total leasable space in each of them will be 3,500 square meters.

The office complex will have at least two independent power sources and modern high-speed elevators. Triple glazing of windows will provide enhanced sound insulation. The interiors of the complex have been designed so that future tenants can arrange them according to individual requirements – assure representatives of Hasco group.

In the immediate vicinity of the business park there is the hotel and convention center Haston Congress Center, where small meetings and large congresses, trade fairs, conferences, training and banquets can be organized.

This is not the end of the Hasco-Lek investment.

Recall that at the February session of the City Council of Wroclaw, councilors agreed to extend the borders of the Legnica Special Economic Zone belonging to the Hasco-Lek real estate in the capital of Lower Silesia: six plots with a total area of ​​over 2.5 hectares on Żmigrodzka Street.

Hasco-Lek wants to implement an innovative investment that will contribute to the competitiveness of the Wroclaw economy and create jobs. It has to rely on the expansion of the company’s production plant in two locations: on 242 E and B Żmigrodzka Street in Wroclaw, as well as on 9 E. Kwiatkowski Street in Siechnice.

The project involves building new production buildings, modernization of existing infrastructure and the purchase and installation of new machinery. The conducted work will enable the launch of new products in technology which has never been applied in Poland, which has been confirmed by two opinions of independent scientific institutions – assure the authors of the resolution.

The cost of the investment is over 50 million zloty. The company also plans to increase employment by creating 30 new jobs.
